Athlete Rep interest form

Any current swimmer that meets the criteria outlined in the interest form below is eligible to apply to become the Junior Athlete Rep for Wyoming Swimming.   The application deadline is February 13, 2010.  This position will be voted on at Winter State in Gillette.  Please return the completed form to mbaldacci@bresnan.net
